In this review, I share my experience with adding a Rifle Paper Co rug runner to my kitchen. I have been an admirer of Rifle Paper Co.’s home and paper goods for years and added a Rifle Paper Co area rug to my living room and dog print wallpaper to the half bath.
Rug runners add charm and warmth to a home or apartment. Rugs require no installation or hardware and are relatively inexpensive. If you have wood or plank flooring, rugs will keep your feet warm during the cold months. This is the main reason I have one in my kitchen! I like something soft underfoot when I cook.

I narrowed my runner selection to the Grove Charcoal rug runner in the Maison Collection for the kitchen. Rifle Paper Co rugs were created in partnership with Loloi, a reputable rug brand.
The colors in this rug include a muted charcoal base with yellows, orange, greens, and purple. The pattern has a mix of fruit and flowers. The multicolor with a dark base is ideal for a high-traffic area like the kitchen or entryway.

The Rifle Paper Co rug runner is a power-loomed low-pile polyester. It feels soft underfoot and is very easy to clean with a vacuum. The rug is on the thin side, so I recommend buying a rug pad. I purchased a 1/4″ thick rug pad to go under the rug runner. It gives it a nice cushion feel.

Let me know if you have any questions about this Rifle Paper rug runner! It is a relatively inexpensive way to make an impact when rental decorating, and adds a lot of personality.
